Title: Bone Conduction Headphones

If you wanna hear music on-the-go you need portable headphones – which in most cases can not deal with extreme sonics (Lustmord, etc.) that your expensive stereo headphones at home can.
Just listening to one 'wrong' track can immediately blast the membrane into the hearafter and thus destroy your portable headphones.

Now I was thinking if bone conduction headphones could be a solution to this... – has anyone tried them with ultralow frequencies or extreme noise outbursts? Would love to hear some firsthand opinions!

I've read that these lack bass frequencies almost completely. Haven't tried them although I've been thinking of buying a pair for swimming.

It's an old one. I've tried a couple, after a doctor mentioned them, result: less tinnitus but more headache. So I quit
