Track titles can go a distance, I'm Herpes, Yes I Am, as of course will artwork.
I do feel that there is connection of good name, good titles, good noise. Something fairly unbroken and organic, that Gerogerigegege name and what he did, or SBOTHI, has some sort of symbiotic existence. Name itself may have laid the foundation for liking it. And the name emerged from same aesthetic core as the sounds.
Anyways, to song titles, certainly there is abundance of all sorts of song titles what appeals greatly.
Gerogerigegege is responsible of some of most striking. All time favorite being:

In category of absurd and bizarre, Smell & Quim being one of absolute sleaze masters. Early stuff was perhaps even darker tones, like "Old Enough To Bleed, Old Enough To Butcher", "Sucking A Dead Man's Cock"... but more you go forward, the bizarre humor becomes.. hmm not sure should I say obvious, but just funnier. When there is track called "The Phallic Pakistani Lesbian Amputee", it feels like this might be good!
No surprise, I have soft spot for darker and brutal content. Of course big part of stuff is very generic. Why something feels just generic corpse or death song title, while some combination of words seems like best there is?
GO often has track titles that are just very simple reference to some historical moment or concept. Great songs, great stuff, but first time I got Save Our Slaves, and noticed "Kill Useless Nations", it was pretty damn harsh.
"To Rid Them All And To Wash Their Filth From My Body", not only the title, but how sound accompanies this utterly hateful emotion.
"Pleasure Corpse", as example for simplest track title, that is for me one of the best.
"A Return to Slavery"
etc..
While some of the absolute lowest of the low obscenities can get old quick, and make you yawn, but lets say when CD reissue of Taint – Savage Weapons came, and seeing the track titles listed in neat digipak cover, it was like holy shit! Looking those titles and listening the harsh electronic dirt - and perfect match.
But then again, something very simple, but unexpected. Something slightly witty, always works.
"No Risk, No Return", but could pull out plenty from same artist!
Smell & Quim usually come up with good ones.
"Catholic Priests Fuck Children" is an all-time favourite album title. So is "William Bennet Has No Dick". Not much help in a thread about track titles, though.
For tracks, I like "Stupid is Stupid" (Incapacitants), "Rusted Steel and Rotting Flesh" (Macronympha), "Gothol Exodomy", "Plasma Birds", "Soft Water Rhinoseros" (Merzbow usually comes up with at least interesting titles), "The Queer Attendant" (N.), "History of Nothing" (New Blockaders), "There Was Never a Moment When Evil Was Real" (Non), "Your Tits are Mine" (Odal), "The Enemy Collector" (Will Over Matter), "Total Slitting of Throats" (a whole bunch of people), "I Wish I Was a Little Girl", (BDN), "Extremely Shitsplosive Sarah" (Blod), all the track names on Torturing Nurse's "Hell", to name a few.
Some years ago, when lying in a hospital bed after surgery, my favourite noise track title was Macronympha's "Fucking My Nurse In The Dark (After She Gives Me The Morphine Shot)"
It was a nice distraction to fantasize about...hah!

I like humouristic wordplays and dark sleazy titles. Smell & Quim has a lot of my favourites; Wrong hole in one, I'll kick your fucking cock off and many more.
Moozzhead track titles are also legendary good, even though some of them might open up better for finns. Example Speak rally english or die, arkinoisea komisario Palmu, ronskit rouvat etc. But also lot's other great ones like Alexis Texas Chainsaw Massacre, big naturals unveiled, bourbonic plague...
Aprapat's Harsh sports biathlon is awesome track title too. Gotta praise the fellow Finns!
