Hailing from Detroit, Andrew Coltrane (http://www.discogs.com/artist/Andrew+Coltrane) has been active in the US underground noise scene since 1990. That makes him one of the longest running noise artists in the current panorama, with an extensive discography (over 100 releases) either as himself (Andrew Coltrane, A.C., ...), with his free form cacophony project, Cold Turkey (http://www.discogs.com/artist/Cold+Turkey+%283%29), or in colaborations with John Olson (http://www.discogs.com/artist/John+Olson) of Wolf Eyes (http://www.wolfeyes.net/), Heath Moerland (http://www.discogs.com/artist/Heath+Moerland) of Sick Llama (http://www.discogs.com/artist/Sick+Llama), amongst others.
