I'm looking for HN/PE with vocals/lyrics to scratch my itch. I love how naked and venomous Whitehouse lyrics are, though I greatly prefer Philip's vocals to William's. I also love Philip's lyrics and delivery in Consumer Electronics (https://youtu.be/U-79yW7Eus8).
GAY DEATH (http://thegaydeath.bandcamp.com/album/deathful) hits both these marks for me as well. Scatmother is a killer vocalist, though I'm less certain about his lyrics since they're harder to parse (so maybe the lyrics are less important if the noise is loud enough). Who else would you all recommend?
(PS Feels ironic that WB's timbre irks me whilst Junko from Hijokaidan is my favorite noise vocalist)

It feels almost too obvious to mention but When Pornography is No Longer Enough / Victim as Beauty era SJ is some of the best hateful vocals to my tastes.

Not sure where you heard that that's WB's son, but it's actually the guy who runs Tribe Tapes (who has posted to this very forum (https://special-interests.net/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=22957)). Still, digging this molten noise

Grab some physical copies and dig into the lyrics, some can be really outstanding, almost stand-alone works.
Check out Splinter vs Stalin "Eravamo Cosi' Felici" album. Been playing on repeat for a long time. Recent tape reissue also got English translation of the lyrics for anybody's joy. Vocals are outstanding too.

It may be just as obvious, but the early SJ material probably belongs up there as well, especially with all the links to Whitehouse.
There's also Discordance, Gabriele Guiliani of Dead Body Love's pe side project. The vocals may not be quite "Bennett-esque" but the themes and sonics are all very much in Whitehouse-ville. Intentionally so, as he makes no bones that its supposed to be a WH-rip off. But its done exceptionally well.

Con-dom, Brethren, Wonderland Club, Final Solution, Strict & Death Squad have similar vocal deliveries.
Iron fist of the sun is worth a listen, while not exactly like Philips, he delivers them with the same amount of venom.
And also i must add, because IFOTS have been one of the greatest PE acts it the past few decades.
