Title: Approach with modular synths
Post by: JPU on August 31, 2026, 02:36:27 PM
If people here have a Moog Mother-32 or some other modular synth I would be glad to hear how you approach making sounds and noise with them. I've had the Mother-32 for a while and used it alot. Usually It's more like try and pray that it works :O

Feedback loops with modulars is great. I have a pulsar 23 and it's crazy how versatile it is. Multiple outs and inputs means I can use it with a mixer and pedals, doing elaborate feedback looping with synthesis. Same with SYNTRX, endlessly fascinating and it has a spring reverb to boot.

I think that's where modulars shine, using different kinds of feedback to modulate oscillators.
