This sampled piece of an interview was used live by Con-Dom around mid 80's and it can be heard on at least "Calling all aryans" tape and "More racial hatred" tape. Been wondering for a while where this sample is from and who are these people talking?

Discussion goes something like this:

Q: You've been reported saying some years ago that you're a mild fascist. Is that still a fair description of what you are?
A: Mild? I go through great trouble underlining the fact that I'm on the radical right and you accuse me of being mild!

Any info would be appreciated.
