the video is some old 90's "spring break" type show, played through a really fucked up VCR, featuring male and female erotic dancers, in bikinis, bouncing their jiggly bits on stage.
The audio is well, noise music: my tinkerbell double oscillator, my CFL "interferemin", distorted microphone feedback , and a bit of guitar through amishrobots double fuzz pedal.
