While listening to VA - Heavy Focus CD 1, I spotted an artist called xALLxFORxTHISx, which apparently is straight edge pe, and it got me thinking if there exist more of sXe pe?

There's Streetcleaner by Wertham, though it's about certain straight-edgers rather than "Straight-edge PE". I think this topic has been brought up before, and you might find better suggestions than I can provide by using the search function.
I confirm what Jordan said. Although I still fit that lifestyle Joao and I were interested in focusing on the most radical sides of that scene.
I like all for this a lot.
my project, The Streetcleaner, is almost sXe themed, or so, has a sXe attitude
There was a topic about sxe noise/PE on the Troniks board. I know Black Bloc, Zulan War, MAAAA are straight edge projects. There are a few more... a AFT member operates also as Raperies (Like Draperies). I've been straight edge for the last 20 years, my project is called Zyrtax
There is surely a difference between straight edge people doing projects and a 'straight edge project'? do any of these besides all for this fit the latter bill? I'm sure Black Bloc deals with more that SxE issues and considers himself more of an anarchist inspired project? I know All For This but don't get on with it at all.
I think the key to making a project based purely on straight edge issues and ideas is to avoid simply cramming the existing hardcore aesthetics and preoccupations into a noise or PE context. Of course there will be some overlap given the roots of straight edge but I always find attempts at such direct transplanting to be so unconvincing. I'd definitely like to see something like this done well.
Puritanism and noise do work well together, making a political point with well-executed noise behind it can be very intense, especially when you agree with the point being made (as i do with straight edge, even though i dont live up to my own standards on that point). But the reason ive been posting here recently was because i heard Grunt's latest album, World Draped In a Camouflage. That album is not explicit, I dont know the true opinions of the artist, and i dont know what point (if any) he is trying to make (yes i know its his website).
For me, straight down the line PE is best when it has a clear, stated opinion to force home (whether i like that opinion or not). So i like the idea of straight edge noise. Especially that track with the sampled druggies voices. Very effective.
I saw some project Strangled Cop described as straight edge.
Strangled Cop "Above The Law" single-sided C30 - completely intolerant vegan straight edge power electronics, covering topics such as: violence against cops, violence against rapists, violence against vivisectors, violence against alcoholics, and violence against snitches. Edition of 24.
I have no idea what's in that tape though

A good chunk of violence, apparently!

That is all.

for those who were seeking the Strangled Cop demo.
Meh, I could take it or leave it. Im really interested in chemical changes.
DC 80's hardcore scene probably was the best though because of their lack of drug use.
Yeah what a horrible "concept" for pe. Straight edger violence lol. That Strangled Cop thing sounds like something that would have been some awful grind or Ebiltion hc band a few years ago.

Not helped by the "Strangled Cop, muthafuckaaaaaah!" at the end of the intro track.
anything pe related similar to what Deadwood does with the crushing wall style power electronics but with the thuggish edge of nyhc?
What is almost straight edge?
This strangled cop shit is brutal. Liking it.
My project has nothing to do with straight edge, but I myself am.

I was always bad at keeping the third one.

I've never counted it, personally... straight edge for me has always simply been a personal choice to refrain from psychoactive substances, not a puritanical outlook on life or a moralistic set of rules.
Volksmorg is anti straight edge most likely then..

Good call there. I agree fully. Until this thread, I really never even pondered that straightedge would have crept its way into noise. I guess I just never really thought to look.

Volksmorg is EXCELLENT.
I couldn't give a fukk what anyone else does with their own mind/body.
i hate the sxe sheep lifestyle. nothing but a bunch of overcompensating tough guys trying to be social justice warriors. its why i quit the scene over ten years ago. only No Trend is real.

I think you should use more discretion when posting. Most of the time, you seem to just denounce these random things while being largely unable to explain yourself or back up your claims. You are one of the few people on this board that I would accuse of "causing drama." Maybe I'm being a hypocrite whilst typing this, but you seem to only speak negatively of things, which is not really a contribution, but a derision. If you want only to talk shit or be funny, there are other forums for that. Furthermore, most of your criticism is grounded in personal experience, which would be fine if you kept it to yourself or expressed yourself in a civil manner, but you don't seem to do that. You don't sound reasonable to anyone when you just seem to blurt out these comments that really have nothing to do with anything except your life, which nobody here knows anything about. It's one thing for Levas to state that Volksmorg is the opposite of straight-edge, but it's an entirely different thing to sum up a lifestyle choice with a stupid description of your perspective of what people who are straight-edge. Who cares if you quit being straight-edge because others that were also edge pissed you off? Maybe what you're really trying to say is "I couldn't be a part of this, so I rejected it."
i doubt anyone understands why i'm getting so much enjoyment out of this response, but know that i am.
Who is Volksmorg?

really? really? I could say the same of hardcore druggies as well, my point is, people should practice moderation, and use common sense instead of just latching onto a lifestyle that impresses their peer group. because, who gives a fuck what people think? I just do what makes me happy. faith in nothing.

Although I'm in no way straight edge, I personally appreciate more sXe as worldview beyond "personal choice". That it goes beyond personal taste or specific happenings in someones personal history.
