anything avant, industrial, ambient that has black metal undertones
Enjoyed this release. Not an ambient release, but surely fit in the black noise section of any record store.
UTARM - APOCRYPHAL STORIES
http://www.handmadebirds.com/store/HB-036.php (http://www.handmadebirds.com/store/HB-036.php)
Gnaw Their Tongues.
Crown Of Bone
Crown Of Bone
Crown Of Bone.
Gnaw their tongues allways.
Utarm - Minus The Divine [my favorite album of Utarm]
and maybe:
Cowards - Forgotten Resonance
and some Nekrasov works
Demonologists, Altars, New Risen Throne, Abu Lahab, Deliquescence, Nighttime in the Abyss, Mz 412/Nordvargr depending on the album.... unless you really just want black ambient sorta stuff...
New split Skullflower/Utarm CD on Turgid Animal fits this description perfectly and is a very good record.
A now dead project called Nostalgia fits in a round about way....

You could try Schmerz - http://www.discogs.com/artist/Schmerz (http://www.discogs.com/artist/Schmerz)
It's not black metal, but it's made by the guy from Mgła and Kriegsmaschine and the black metal influences are obvious in the atmosphere and tone of the record.

Tooting my own horn:
DEATHSTENCH fits your request perfectly I would think. T.O.M.B. as well
Also check some Stallaggh stuff, Abruptum (not industrial, but early stuff has a very sick feeling, not far from industrial approach), Thorns (very cold, almost surgical atmophere),Nyogthaeblisz, Khel, Yhdarl (or almost anything from Deha), old Axis of Perdition, Tele S Therion, Black Funeral..and maybe later i can recall of some else bands and projects.

Flooded Church of Asmodeus
Sutekh Hexen
Black Mass of Absu
Death Cult Suicide
Arch Toll
Wold
Vocivus
Cryptic Salve Band
Apator
Sex Wound
Dead Times
Lost Flood
..that should keep you busy for awhile.
ah yes, Wold. I spent a lot of time listening to Wold at home this past weekend. My wife walked into the room (she's never heard Wold before) while I was listening to Freermasonry and was speechless.

Wow there's a lot of good recommendations here, most I've never heard of o_o
I was going to recommend Burial Hex, his work goes a lot of different directions but I really like his dark/ambient/noise I've heard..
