EP #1 small edition with black cardboard cover was made very small print.. maybe 50? Older full size edition (twice bigger page size) also merely 100. EP issues slightly bigger runs.

Still available. Have had four separate SI posters email for them and all of them flaked out with no follow up communication.

With those prices you should've already sold these, really recommended! What size is your copy of #1? I have Finnish second edition in A5 but bigger is always better... :P
