Thanks for all orders.
Good issue! For such guy as myself, who was always depending on mailorder - as customer and as seller - very good issue!
Extremely interesting contents. Looking forward to read about Tordon Ljud and Millstone especially.
MIMAROGLU was less interesting (for me), but everybody else very good and often long and passionate answers too.
Thanks! A huge chunk of #4 is finished, hope to have it ready within the next 1-2 months.
#2 is now gone from me by the way, but should still be easy to find...
Good issue, very insightful; I especially liked the interviews with RRRon and Tordon Ljud. "The Customer Is Always Wrong" had me laughing in tears (not "tears in the wrapper", thankfully), there's some stuff that's completely out there.
Very good issue indeed -- intriguing concept and well-written. Obviously a lot of effort was put into it. As someone who's never lived close to really good record shops, the various aspects of mailorder and just the whole experience of ordering and getting a package resonate with me big time. Not having experience with running a distro (or label for that matter), it's also interesting to read about that perspective too. And "The customer is always wrong" is golden!

I'm in full agreement here; fantastic issue! And heavily relatable - having grown up in nowhere and still residing there, mail order has been a support beam in my life for about 15 years now. Still geek at the mailbox daily like its said within here. Had to laugh (at myself) when the writer mentioned a day without a package being a bad day.
"The Customer Is Always Wrong" portion is why I feel like a fool when I have to send the "err, got the wrong tape" email. Although it's only reasonable to want what you bought, these OCD clowns make me guilty by association. Thank goodness the folks behind the labels interviewed (pretty much all labels I love and check weekly) are all honest, fair and awesome people.
Can't wait for issue four. They've all been great so far. Excellent variety in the interviewees/questions.
