Sounds like a synthesiser to me. Apparently some dickheads are making r&b and techno "remixes" of it. Someone else just time stretched it. Musicians really seem to have trouble with sound just being sound.

It's not "just sound" tho it's frequencies articficialy speeded up into the audible range

God forbid genres of music based on sampling should sample things. Good job us serious PE folk are here to seriously share some thing we found on Facebook without doing anything so terrible as to make a piece of music

Just a correction - I didn't find it on Facebook. Haven't used that in over a year now. But the rest of Drage's post is completely accurate and I agree with every word.
