I just relocated to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh), Vietnam from the states for the next few months and was just wondering if anyone had information of any experimental or punk music/art scene (or anything weird- at this point i'm willing to get pretty open minded) in preferably Vietnam (also Laos, Cambodia, Thailand).
Or if anyone can point me in the right direction of how to seek any of this out would be greatly appreciated.
