None of the above. I recommend Reaper. Its cheap, functional, and doesn't waste space on my computer with lots of soft-synths, samples and shit that I don't need.
I work a lot with Ableton these days (esp. the MAX for Live extension...) yet not so much for noise, more for my other projects.
I love to rewire it with video editing software for real time changes of graphical patterns.
Those are three totally different programs in many respects so it depends what you are even trying to do. If you mean just basic recording/mixing/mastering then I second Reaper.
