Place where F&V and Freak Animal and Bestial Burst does: x-youth-gone-wild
They do real pressed CD, starting from 100x. Prices compete well with Mobineko for example, but no customs hassle!
He mentioned he will start accepting european orders too. So far been working with Finnish labels. I could recommend it!

In my search i find audio.cd
I think that Markus Presch (Steinklang) is behind this.
Prices look also not bad, and for the quality, i suppose the same that the Steinklang and co releases.

I would suspect X Youth gone wild has faster communication than Steinklang (as far as I've experienced).
X youth, you can order just spindel of CD's, but also ready made product ranging from sealed jewelboxes, digipaks, cardboard sleeves etc..

I'll try to make a DinA5 Hardcover Book with glued CD with a small run pressed CD's. So, maybe its a good change to use them.

Aren't there some Steinklang CDs that don't work in all CD players?

For custom packaging Disc Wizards are excellent. Very easy to work with, excellent quality and quick turnaround. I'm sure there's cheaper but as often, you pay for quality!
