CROWN OF CERBERUS - Her Majesty's Funeral CS out now on Absurd Exposition
(http://i.xomf.com/pjvxw.jpg)
Of all M. Chami's current projects (DISGUST, KOUFAR, TERROR CELL UNIT) CROWN OF CERBERUS is his most contemplative and reserved. Gracefully ascending tape loops and manipulations of classical sources giving rise to serene melodies in celebration of the feminine form. On "Her Majesty's Funeral" things play out with a slightly darker tone: the cover art (Moritz von Schwind's 1850 work "Wie die Thiere den Jager begraben", translating to "As the Animals Bury the Hunter" - or "The Hunter's Funeral"), which served as inspiration for the third movement of Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 1 in D major (circa 1887-1888), acts as the centerpiece and reflects the solemness throughout Chami's material.
Edition of 50 copies with a 4-panel spread of the artwork.

You know if downloads via BC were made available you would offset the cost of the physical. Strange that it's there, but unavailable in any format.
download will be available for pay what you want after the release is sold out, just like all of my releases
Speaking from your experience alone - do those that download actually pay something? I certainly would if the files were 24-bit.
Solid sounds. Looking forward to it.
a few people will spend $1-$2 here and there. occasionally someone will come along with a big donation (like $20). for the most part not a lot of money comes in. not a big deal
