I havent heard much this year either. Yeah the new Ugly is cool but I'm really hype for Oblivion Access.Watch the preview on youtube. It's like harsh noise samples sequenced into beats but its kind of low-key actually.

For noise though, I've liked:
Koufar-Lebanon for Lebanese(heard about him a while back, glad I checked him out though this is cool)
Damien Dubrovnik-Vegas Fountain(I saw them perform some of this stuff before I bought it, it's pretty good industrial shit, clean sound)
and Grunt-Myth of Blood(Typical Grunt I guess,Linkola Legacy kills)

We're not even out of August yet. Does no one think nothing remarkable or even interesting can happen in the next four months? Personally I'm looking forward to the Armour Group release coming up soon.

indeed, still early to make a top ten, yet highlights of the past few months have been:
grunt: myth of blood
ke/hil:  Zone O LP
anything released by Zyklon SS
Kevlar: Criteria
Carnera: Strategia della tensione (superb Italian electronic music with industrial undertones, fetauring members of Sigfried, Lchm, ecc). quite different from what I usually listen to,
Am Not: Unpunsihed
SNUFF: III

"Nigger Torture Chamber" is simply great.
"Criteria" is a discovery for me, very good tape.
The project called Carnera has released this opus through Old Europa Cafe and I think it's an excellent album, one of my top 2015 albums for sure.
You can hear "Strategia della Tensione" for free here https://carnera.bandcamp.com/releases .
I  saw them live some weeks ago and it was great.

I also like a lot Grunt - Sacrosanct Imperium tape.

Already far too many...maybe I will get back on this by the end of the year.
When I look alone on the fall 2015 release schedule of F&V, I think it doesn't make any sense to nominate the top 2015 albums by end of August.

That said, I believe  POGROM's  "Father:Land" will remain in my personal top 10 for 2015.

Rectal Hygienics "Ultimate Purity"
Pig Heart Transplant "For Mass Consumption"

Prurient "Frozen Niagara Falls"
Panphage "Storm"
Sect Pig "Self Reversed"
Breathing Problem & Swallowing Bile "Highly Personal"

There were literally dozens of other excellent releases this year, those are just the ones that have stuck with me the most to date. Still 4 months to go though, and a new Ride For Revenge album is coming.

Pendt speaks truth. I don't normally care for lists of yearly bests but "Unpunished" deserves mention because I think it'll stand out as a canon classic for years to come.

I will rack my brain to try to figure out which releases came out this year or not later, but for me the one that comes to mind and will be high on the list is not pure noise, but very experimental free-form industrial infused kraut-rock (or something).  Very unique and engaging sound to these ears.

Ombrelli Sciolti-
Limiti Di Scadenza

MATHIEU SERRUYS "On Germaine Dulac" LP (B.A.A.D.M.)
VICTOR EREMITA "Clearing" C36 (Black Horizons)
NEUTRAL "Grå Våg Gamlestaden" LP (Omlott)
VICTIM! "Pupila" CD/C40 (Seminal/Fusty Cunt)
V/A "Göteborg 2014" CS(Forever United)

As the year winds down, I'd add:

V/A "Atavist Document '1938, Post Industrial Bliss'" C60 (Clandestine Compositions)
øjeRum "He Remembers There Were Gardens" C60 (Cabin Floor Esoterica)
Clinic Of Torture "Slavesex" C20 (Institute Of Paraphilia Studies)
Francisco Meirino "Riots" CS (Esoteric Personalities)
Dave Phillips "I See Better.../Ich Kann Gar Nicht..." Flexi 7" (Estranhas Ocupações/Absurd)

I guess Neutral was pretty far back in 2014 actually, haha. But it still gets constant plays. Can't wait for the next LP!

Skepticism - Ordeal

Thanks for the heads-up on this!  Though I'm undecided if this is good thing: a little piece of me dies whenever a blast from the past hits me this way.  I think of Slint, or maybe the Pixies or some other band that worked perfectly in the original moment exhumes itself, brushes its' 20 year old greyed, balding corpse down and party's like it was 1999.

Despite the ghastly recording, Stormcrowfleet is a masterpiece.

Goat Thrower- Savage Souls in Sodom
Ritual Violence- Self Titled
Taint- Indecent Liberties(!!!!!)
The Haunting Presence- Self Titled mlp
Dan Terminus- The Wrath of Code
Tetragrammacide- Mini lp

Bizarre Uproar-Amputaatio
Ride for Revenge- Ageless Powers Arise
Bekëth Nexëhmü ‎– De Forna Sederna
Pogrom- Fatherland
Black Magick SS - Hidden in Plain Sight
Goat Semen- Ego Sum Sathana

Edit: Hoping for some new Mania next year in any form...!

A lot of crap on the Coil one, too.

For me, releases by Am Not, Zyklon SS, Ke/Hil, IFOTS, Kevlar ('Totalism' tape was better than the LP), and Grunt's 'Myth of Blood' come to mind quickly.
Away from the noise, Waffenruhe had a nice tape...

Very few, I think

Chelsea Wolfe - Abyss
Total Abuse - Excluded
Grunt - Myth Of Blood
Leviathan - Scar Sighted
Rectal Hygienics - Ultimate Purity

Some albums which were also okay were Pissgrave - Suicide Euphoria, Prurient - Frozen Niagara Falls.

Some of these are very trendy albums, I know, but they're also okay in their own respect. That tends to be the way I find my music, I just hear about what's generally being talked about or get bandcamp updates for artists I bought from. Apparently there's a new Climax Denial and Beketh Nexehmu album as well, I should also check out Mgla (I never payed attention to Mgla).
