have Paypal money on my personal account.
So, i'd like to know which distributors, shops and labels are accepting money in a registered letter.

I "hired" my sister with her UK card for as long this shit lasts. If you have any known person with a foreign credit card, you can exchange cash / to send you money in your paypal. I did that too at the beginning. I guess you have already thought of it, but no result. My advice is when / if you find anyone, do it, cause seems capital controls wont end soon.
