This edition of Eyestrain No, 2 is a 132-page xerox. The 67 pages of reviews are not included, only the interviews, but the reviews are included in high-quality PDF via a weblink with each copy sent. This printing allows for more affordable prices at the cost of the perfect-bound pro-printing of the first run. Seems this has been hard to get out across the big pond. Hopefully this can alleviate some folks' frustrations.
