Very nice. Just out of curiosity – was it difficult to talk Mikael into this? Had the impression that he's intentionally distancing his present from the past.
I had got in touch with Mikael several years ago, but it wasn't until early 2016 he agreed to re-release this milestone in its pristine form on 2CD.
