Can confirm, Absurd Exposition/Scream & Writhe are fantastic for ordering to the USA, never had an issue.
I can second the recommendation for Scream and Writhe for shipping to the US. I have made multiple orders and always receive things in a decent amount of time. Often times my packages from S&W will get to me before my packages from US distros do when ordered at the same time. Also does a great packing job, never received anything that was damaged and that is with purchasing cassettes, cd's and written materials.
