Title: The Hill

This turned up the other day having cost me more than what I usually pay for DVD's and worth every penny. It's a few years since I saw this last and not only has it stood the test of time but it's actually better than I remembered. The Hill is 45 years old this year and it hasn't aged a bit. It's as realistic and believable as ever. Sean Connery is brilliant with Ian Hendry making a memorable effort as the sadistic Staff Sergeant Williams. There's not a weak moment here.

I remember this being on SPK's list of films to watch in Industrial Culture Handbook and it's easy to see why. One of few films I can watch over and over.
