Looks like it'll be a killer rel. He replied to both of my emails very quickly. Not sure I'll order the ESCAPE as I have an orig. It is one of my fave films but will probably wait to see if it's available after release. I was afraid the ZOMBI would sell out in preorder & I couldn't take that chance.
Might have to pick this up.

Yeah I broke down and ordered both yesterday after listening to my CD copy of the Escape from NY soundtrack. Some things you just need on vinyl right? ;) I'm hoping they do a re-release of The Thing soundtrack too. That'd be killer.
A friend who makes/sells horror movie t-shirts & sets up at horror cons told me he was checking on wholesale for the Jean Rollin 10"'s. Haven't heard anything back from him but Finders Keepers has a US distro listed on their site. I'm not a Rollin's fan so leery of spending $ on those.

I saw on there "The House of the Devil" soundtrack was coming to. Is that movie any good, is the score?
YEAH!!!! I was just reading Spencer's tweets & saw the announcement for HOUSE BY THE CEMETERY & MANCHESTER MORGUE!!!!!!!! Two of my fave films. He has some absolutely killer releases in the works. Plus he's moving to NYC so postage will be cheaper (I think it was his posts about moving to NYC soon).
I've seen HOUSE OF THE DEVIL but remember nothing. It's ok but the ending killed it for me. There's a great shotgunblast-to-the-head scene. Would like to see it again. The film does have some nice atmosphere so the sndtrk may be worth checking out. Check the trailer out on youtube or maybe there's some film scenes up.

Great news! However, I got an email from Death Waltz this morning saying the Zombi 2 record has actually been delayed... but it should come out the same time as the Escape from New York vinyl.
I received the update as well. Along with HOUSE/CEMETERY, he's doing another Fulci LP. I think he wrote they're planned for early next year. Pre-orders are rarely, if ever, on time... I think dvd's are the only preorders I've ever done that were early or on time.
