Title: Midnight Pulp channel.
Post by: Coma Detox on January 07, 2013, 07:37:26 PM
Anyone with Roku or apple tv watch this channel?  Don't own either of those devices but thinking about picking up the Roku.  Seems like a decent amount of horror and exploitation on there.  Any good?  How are the quality of the transfers on there?

Ok, I see that Roku is a streaming device & the M.P. channel is free. About to look up Apple TV now...

So, for Roku, channels you have to subscribe to for $1.99, is that per month or ? AppleTV is for Mac, so not for me. Roku looked like there is ALOT of horror channels that
are free so there has to be a catch, otherwise, it looks interesting.

Other than buying the Roku device their is no subscription fee except for a few of the channels like Netflix and Hulu+.  You don't have to have a mac to use the apple tv box.  I just wonder about the quality on some of those channels because a lot of the horror/exploitation transfers they have on netflix, hulu+ etc are terrible.  I was watching CURTAINS on hulu+ plus yesterday and it looked like it was taken from a 4th gen vhs, almost unwatchable.
