Picked this up recently. I believe it is a limited edition of 25 copies from sometime in the mid-80s, and was released by an American noise artist from that time period. My boss had one when it came out but is having trouble recollecting the source (though he wants to say it was one of the Schloss Tegal guys). I can post some pictures later. Mostly just collage art of typical stuff (porn, Hitler, etc).
Is it anything to do with Monte Cazazza, given that the flip side of his 1982 Stairway To Hell 7" had the similarily tinged name Sex Is No Emergency? If memory serves me the booklet featured some pretty graphic collages featuring porn juxtaposed with animal carcasses. Well, just an idea...
