I need one audio interface (external sound card) for next:
- Use analog instruments on my computer
- Digitalize tracks from mini-disc to my computer (the most important, and maybe a program to use with, if i can't with Reason)
Suggestions?

For many years I have found myself very well with Digidesign Mbox 2 Pro quite pricey even if I got it second hand but I found myself very well. Will try to sell it soon since I can no longer use it on Mac since it is is not supported by Yosemite. I have replaced it with Saffire Pro 24 although I seldom record directly on computer.
On my pc, Ipad and at work I use the portable Avid Fast Track Solo, but not the best regarding latency...

Last month I was in the grip of a palsy and parted w/ around 700€ for an Apogee Duet (along w/ all the other sheep).
Having had a fortnight to assess the device, I'd suggest there must be something to being a sheep: the audio is extraordinary for such a tiny little box.
I would have preferred an German-made RME as the latency w/ this brand has always been ridiculously low and their commitment to maintaining their drivers is legendary. Yet parting w/ over a grand for a new device was out of the question. I have an irrational fear of buying secondhand - as I've been burned before, so settled for the Apogee.

Marco, can you elaborate? Is the company done updating drivers? I just updated to Yosemite, and all of my gear still connects. I use a Line6 UX8 now, but it has no midi functionality, and I always keep my eye open for used gear.

I have a slightly beefier version (8i12?) and it's been great. I picked it out of necessity as I was switching to Linux and had to see my Presonus Firebox as almost all audio interfaces are not compatible with Linux, except Scarlett, but it's been really great. No muss, no face and really pleasant to work with.
the whole linux thing is xlent for evrything in real life except audio work... gotta have some kinda xp/win7 partition, makes life easier since its kinda short. oh and then the mac migraines...
I actually really like Ardour for all my DAW needs. It was actually really simple to set up JACK and the Ardour interface is pretty intuitive. I mean all multitracking software is pretty much the same when you break it down.... I ain't mixing a quad DSOTM here amirite fellas?
I really like my Tascam US-1641 digital USB interface, a rackmount unit, works flawlessly with Reaper, my DAW of choice. If you want something with faders and knobs you can interface with a DAW something like the Tascam US-428 might be a decent option.
Using the Presonus Audiobox 44VSL in combination with StudioOne. Works for my (rather basic) needs. Decent price, easy to use.
got kinda tired of all the computer shit long ago and been just using the zoom H4 i have (at hi-rez if needed), recordin stuff with the mikes or pluggin stuff into line inputs. then just transfer the files via usb or card reader. just whatever is easiest. even when workin with tape recordings, how much easier can it be than transferring those to zoom? recommended!!
i cant remember if i've ever done traditional overdubs for umpio noise.
now the music stuff is different then. at pyramidi studio we have alesis multimix16 fw & reaper. in my workspace theres m-audio delta1010 & reaper. both on win7 and recycled pc's... old gear works for a long time to come... easy & cheap to replace... so whats the original question? what kind or what budget? for desktop computer find a pci card with cables/breakout... for laptop find usb/fw device... and no matter what you use, get external hard drives for CONSTANT backups.
