i am looking for something specific here, not just HNW or junk noise per se.. it could also include synthesizer sounds and be dynamic, but it has to be ROTTEN TO THE CORE. evil, anti-social attitude is also a big plus! unacceptable themes, samples and so on.
i am thinking stuff like encenophalophonic, treriksröset (& the stuff w/SE), early mauthausen orchestra, dead body love, the cherry point, the rita...

I definitely see Legless falling into this category. Just miserably bleak harsh noise, doesn't give a fuck. He's had a slew of recent releases come out on some great labels and all the material has been fantastic. Can't recommend it high enough.

Bacteria Field, Team Boro Tapes, and Fusty Cunt releases are all spot on.
Some of Richard Ramirez and his various HN projects counts - the recent Battery Suspects tape that came out last year sounds like "Notes From The Underground" but more FUCKED. Lofi grainy textural crunching harsh noise which sounds like it was recorded on a dying cassette recorder.
Another project of his worth mentioning is Hooked Talons which is best described as "junk noise / processed feedback bordering on walls" which is exactly that, and then some.

The CD on Hanson is a good place to start. I always really like the LP on Alien Passengers.
There are dozens of tapes, but the recent tapes have been really exceptional. He's managed to reach an even higher level lately, so anything from 2017/2018 is a safe bet.
Also recommending Legless, can't forget his tape on Trapdoor Tapes.

Can say the same thing! Dagger is one of the better noise acts that is based in PA, and his label Putrescent Tapes puts out great material as well.
My favorite tape of his solo work is "Solange", and the recent tape he did under Retroactive Jealousy is pretty filthy HN bordering on PE w/ manipulated porno samples.
