I am looking for a plugin or software/program with the best/most realistic choir sounds. I use Logic Pro for this kind of stuff.

Anything that emulates a Mellotron.
i use musescore but its probably not what your looking for ; ;
good for writing scores and exporting the midi into logic
but I'm not to sure vienna symphonic library is to expensive but probably quite good

personally, I'd probably just grab a bunch of choral records and sample what I need
or sing the lines myself, make 8-16 layers, then drown everything in reverb (actually did this once, kinda worked)

if you are looking for something less real, I'd stick to the Mellotron style that was already suggested and that was so in vogue in Fulci's movies.

I have access to composer cloud, NI Komplete etc. but honestly the best results I've found is using your own voice and layering/pitchshifting. Granted I am at least competent at singing but voice as an instrument is highly underrated. Also recommended is throwing your voice through some pitch shifting pedals or algorithms.

Agreed. I'd highly recommend Tweakbench's Tapeworm VSTi (http://www.vst4free.com/free_vst.php?plugin=tapeworm&id=1779). It's a small plugin, but it uses Mellotron samples, is really easy to use, and sounds excellent.
You can always go the route of New Age music and sample Bulgarian women's choirs
