Absolutely no new material on this releases. Rehash of absolute worst junk by the most hated and revolting Power Electronic group on the entirety of the North American continent. People don't even like this band and think that it is worthless and pathetic. Like a crawling and destroyed weakling it flails around and wastes itself on hollow sentiment. You might feel defeated sometimes by mortality, cursed by a feeling of nothingness. This music will crush that kind of feeling inside you. This band has a man and a woman performing "music" that is demanding some sort of attention to be paid to the preservation of the human soul. Simian brain mechanism cuts one off to emotions, but memory breaks through and the tears flow. Something out there drinks those tears like wine, blood soon becomes a salty broth. Man can be meat.

Between 2007-2010, Peiiste recorded a lot of ritualistic electronic music, ostensibly an "Industrial/Power Electronics" act, before its current status as a Wall Of Noise entity. This boxed set documents this period of time, including the weirdest and most inspired music from this inception of Peiiste (much of which was released under the moniker of "Peiste," sans the additional "I" for an as-yet undisclosed reason). This collection features the Peiste performance at "Noizefest" in 2009 on Micheal Patrick Welch's back porch, as well as Vanessa and Joseph's live performance as Peiste on WTUL at Tulane University that same year. "Power Electronics" also includes the definitive versions of classics such as "Blood Sac," "Emulsifyer," "Horse Eel," "Lamb Skin," "Heal The World Part Two," and many more in mixes exclusive to this release, climaxing with the 2012 Holiday Anthem "The Last Bulb On The Christmas Tree." "Power Electronics" is a unique document that showcases the evolution of one of America's strangest electronic groups.
