Following the concept already outlined in the previous "Gnosis", this new album goes further and focuses on the topic of initiation and ascension, symbolized and perfectly represented in the tantric Goddess of sacrifice Chhinnamasta.

Articulated in nine songs, this album attempt to describe with industrial/ambient music the gateway through Nature (Prakriti) to the Spirit (Purusha) through the Symbol of utter Sacrifice and Wisdom, and total transcendence, so majestically represented by the iconographic strength of Her picture.

This album has been inspired by and is entirely dedicated to the Shakti Chhinnamasta and the iconic force of Her Symbol and the Role Her figure played and plays in my life, representing the Research, the starting point and the goal of the Researcher to the ultimate spiritual achievement in Tantra: attaining Knowledge through Practice and Enhancement through Experience.

"Sa Bruxa's craftsmanship must definitely be acknowledged. ,,Ritual" appears as a complex and nifty arrangement of different styles, blending ritual bells and chants with slow drones and ambient soundwaves, while also including throbs and oscillations usually found in the murky past of Death Industrial. However, ,,Ritual" is by no means an uninspired genre mix, but an intelligent and stringent work of sonic sorcery that truly transcends genre boundaries and creates something new (and arguably better). Throughout the play time of over an hour, the listener constantly gets the impression that something new is waiting just around the corner, building up on past elements and blending the old with the new. A truly marvellous sonic journey."
