Reading was great till the moment when Kristian decided to express his unbearable boredom and expertise about the war in Ukraine, that he could not resist to ironically refer while contrasting in one sentence black metal and "humanism, egalitarianism, tolerance... mainstream acceptance" and "the war in Ukraine", a reference inserted in the same sequence. In other words the war in Ukraine is goodness, genocide of Ukrainians (1 mln killed by ruSSians over three years) is accepted as good will and, of course, is a joke in comparison to trve black metal evil ones he cherishes, misses, jerks to. Oh well, that's his book and he can say whatever he wants, even if it is criminally charged in Ukraine, for instance. I assume all the artists he mentioned in the "acknowledgments" section share his opinion and make fun of the war in Ukraine too. Legend.
