Not like a traditional PE-type voice at all, but I've always liked the vocals of Tom Smith (To Live and Shave in L.A.), an unusual "noise crooner" if there ever was one. He's screamier/sounds more strained in the older material, but I liked his more casual, almost-spoken baritone of the later years a lot.

Always enjoyed William Bennet's quieter vocals, his 'talking' parts on certain Whitehouse songs have a fantastic unsettling quality to them.

I'll repeat things everyone said.

GO and ANENZEPHALIA, especially when vocals are slightly more human. (think about white power forces, amazade y negri, ecc)
CON-DOM, total obsession for the ultra layered and dishumanised voice
I had an obsession for E.J. Vodka of Final Solution.
Keith's vocals in TAINT were also super impressive.
Big Fan of Mikko (no ass liking), especially in the N12 series.

I think Keith's vocals in Taint are especially unique and powerful as it seems he'd skillfully approach them in various types of ways. He was really skilled at being versatile not only with the delivery, but convincing us in his conviction of them. He was really good at portraying the one shelling out aggressive violence and also really good as being the anguished voice of the one receiving the violence at times. I find this dynamic to be the most inspiring part.

For me, it's "Harming Obsession" or the vocals on Vice. Keith's all time best though is on his side of the Deterge/Mania split.

I think some of his best vocals were on the Freak Animal CD comp #11 with the track How's It Feel? Visceral stuff!

Gary Mundy on the earliest Ramleh recordings - the screeching vocals behind those synths and walls of feedback etc are honey in my ears.
Pasi - never heard a vocal from him that didn't fit the sounds perfectly.
Pekka SS - Tone of his voice fits exactly the sounds on offer. Vocal on The Great Corrupter are flawless.
Con-Dom - goes without saying - strong lyrics and delivery - tasteful use of effects.
Hal Hutchinson - See above.
Mikko Aspa - Thick heavy vocal that has great range.
Whitehouse - The blueprint.
SJ - Consistent and persistent - always creepy and deranged.
Coma Detox - Delivered with ultimate conviction.

I wouldn't say "consensus" as it dwells upon personal taste but if I had to choose 1 album (which is hard) it would be Dau ghter: Victimology II for my favorite release when it comes to vocal delivery from Taint.
Every track if you can get past the sample before it is delivered at best.

Outside of album if it came to a singular track it's the Grunt / Taint - Schoolyard Bruises limited 3" CDr that came with the first 41 copies of LP. Last track in CD later reissue. 14 mins of bliss. Taint sounding like he's never before on his other releases, DRENCHED in reverb / delay, yelling with pure brute force.
Pairs perfectly with the Grunt vocals within this track since the delivery is so similar.

You really can't get Taint like that elsewhere & it's executed so fucking well.

In the latter day Taint releases, there was a shift where the vocals were brought much more to the forefront. Whereas on the older material, he only used vocals sparsely and when they were there, they tended to be a lot more buried in the overall mix. Personally, I always felt him making the vocals more prominent really elevated the material. If you want his best vocals I'd start with those later releases, Misogynist Lust, Vice, Dau ghter, and Sex Sick especially (most have already been mentioned).
