But the more important question tho is: which speech and period of Trump is it from (i.e. as President or when campaigning to be reelected), and has the original context been twisted/inverted? That is typically what I find most interesting and engaging - if anyone knows the source.

Thank you gratuitously, as that saves me watching tons of shit-talking Trump speeches. At least in the case of the used sample Trump was not lying for once!
