How can i compress a 1 hour HNW file

I saw on a bandcamp HNW tracks 1 hour long.

But when im creating a 1 hour HNW track total weight of track is 400 - 500 mb. And i need to cut in half every one hour long track (because bandcamp has a track weight limit (240 megabytes)

Just make it 1 minute long and queue it up 60 times in winamp

sarcasm aside the easiest way to unlock long tracks on bandcamp is just make an upload with a high enough price that you pass the earning threshold to get the long uploads powerup, then buy it from yourself then delete it. Bandcamp take a little cut so you don't get all the money back tho. Check their site for the figures, i can't remmeber how much you need to earn
