MEAT 019: HYPOMANIA / CANNIBAL RITUAL / TANATOFOBIA / CLIVE HENRY - "Morte Bizzarra Vol. 1"

Little compilation tape on side A featuring HYPOMANIA, harsh noise wall from Portugal with a little weird tone buried with in, and CANNIBAL RITUAL is back with 3 short and crushing pieces. On side B we got TANATOFOBIA performing some good and filthy death industrial (or whatever style tag you want to put on it) from Italy. At least it's probably a welcome addition that differs from the usual HNW you would expect on this tape. Unfortunately this is exactly what CLIVE HENRY from UK is performing in the most consequent way: pure no-joke HNW.

MEAT 020: CULVER / AZOIKUM / GEERT KOHLER / CANNIBAL RITUAL ‎– "Morte Bizzarra Vol. 2"

I was originally planning to do only one 4-way tape, but I thought in the time I'm waiting for the contributions I could just put together a second one. CULVER from UK need no introduction. Well, unfortunately I'm late to the party but after hearing a couple releases I was definitely looking forward to hear some more, so here we go! After the 'Gruesome series' CDR I did with AZOIKUM little while back I thought it was nice opportunity to work together with the project again. However, it turned out this was one big mistake as his contribution literally blew my brain into pieces. The track starts out in an almost inconspicuous wall of noise but half into the track suddenly breaks into crazy cut-up madness that leaves me speechless. On the flip side GEERT KOHLER from Italy delivers some nasty and painful noise piercing your eardrums. Mercy can only be found when finally reaching the CANNIBAL RITUAL track but seriously... does this sound like some good advice???

MEAT 021: RIVERSIDE PROSTITUTE / CANNIBAL RITUAL

Of course the best way to hear more material from a project you just discovered is asking them for a release. RIVERSIDE PROSTITUTE from the Netherlands is rather young project that somewhere dwells between harsh noise (wall), drone and I'm sure you can put more style tags on it to describe the sounds. Three varied tracks intending to bring you in the mood for a nice kill spree. No idea what to say about the CANNIBAL RITUAL tracks, I'm getting tired talking about noise. Maybe someone else is able to put up a better description., so just get the tape and take a listen!

MEAT 022: CANNIBAL RITUAL - "Old world"

One more tape here! Just two short tracks around the 5 minutes mark. Sounds reminding on ancient bones found in forgotten caves. Carefully trying to give us an insight of the horros of the world before us.
