Finnish band Bastard Laughter "Freedom=Destroy" tape. Demonic noisecore it says. Indeed, looks a bit it could be BM related thing and there is indeed couple of moments when you got traditional bestial/war metal drum patterns, but most of all fast and furious traditional noisecore with good chaotic distorted sound!

5 different new finnish bands/projects have sent me their upcoming stuff and I can say that finnish noisecore is having some kind of renaissance. Keeping the old school vibe but still giving maybe something new also? Hopefully tapes or etc. Is coming soon!

I bought B.G.T. LP+CD+7" set this week. I'm not a HUGE fan of the band, but heard the 87 rehearsal demo for the first time and that was really really nice to hear it. Raw, lo-fi and almost just pure noise rather than noisecore! Are there any new bands anywhere that sounds like this?

Bands that sounds total shit!

Well true, but this time I think there are bands that you can take them seriously without any funny bullshit being envolved in their sound. MEATWASH, PROFIT, GENITAL NAUSEA, RIOT DOG, and many more. And yet more to come.

Hengen Ylistys Presents: The North Karjala Noise Attack compilation tape is maybe the best stuff that have been ever recorded in finland. I believe that every session/demo on this tape are unreleased stuff althougth they have been recorded 20 years ago. Tape contains bands like Meatwash, Nuclear Avalanche Destruction, Viscera Lust, Violent Extermination.
