Charles Rice Goff III here.  Been recording DIY since the 1970s – Cassette Underground stuff, later CDs/Online.  Solo, Colaborations, Group Projects.  Also off and on DJ serving up home recordings to listeners.  Explored most genres & non genres.   Been on about 400 "albums" released via various media, labels, countries.

I just discovered (and thus joined) Special Interests.  It appears to me that there's a lot of readers/listeners here who like to be challenged by the stuff they listen to.  "Noise" is a pretty wide open term.  Taped Rugs Productions has produced some things that I think will appeal to a lot of the artists/fans here.  Let's find out.  Check out suggestions/links below if you're ready for a challenging adventure.  Love to hear any feedback.  If people respond favorably, I'll offer more suggestions in the coming weeks/months.  Thanks for your attention.
