Would honestly be pretty great if no one contributed and it was just 45 credited blank pages.

My instinct is that return rates may be poor in the days we are living in, but the blank page will be a nice The Haters style solution which ensures the final non response entries will not undermine the timing or quality of the final book.

Special Edition is over half gone. If money is an issue, feel free to write for a limited length reservation.

I will be adding more distribution titles to the website. I see enough room in the US for another small distributor and still believe trades are fundamental part of the underground. Distributor labels are encouraged to get in touch for possible trades, particularly those outside the US.
