It sure does exist. Bitewerks sold his copy to me. I wouldn't mind passing it around now that I have read it numerous times. I will only do trades though. If you are not looking for trades I do know of one other person who has one copy of it left and would surely be willing to sell since this person is the Author himself (err, I mean "one of the anonymous people to contribute").
