Has anyone heard this Techno Menses/Kimihide Kusafuka 2LP:

I've listened to the sound samples, but it's not my kind of music. It's minimal synth/wave. Kusafuka of course is K2; apparently he started K2 at the same time he made this album, in the early 80s. He was also a member of Techno Menses at this time.
What's interesting is that this kind of music is obviously very different (what little I know of it anyway) from noise and I'm not aware of any noise musicians with this kind of background. Especially the "classic" Japanese noisicians all have early noise/avantgarde/Krautrock/psychedelic etc. influences. Perhaps there are more links between minimal synth stuff and noise? I'm just curious for the sake of knowing, since no minimal synth has appealed to me so far.
In a month there should be a double LP with K2's music from 1981-83 on VOD as well. I assume that will be noise (or at least noisy); I'm looking forward to it.
