I found these guys searching for similar artists to Dissecting Table on spotify (yea, yea). I was wondering, what's some of their noisier, more rhythmic material?

Drowning In A Sea Of Bliss and Befehlsnotstand are the best for industrial.

SKY BURIAL

Their early "noisy" stuff is great but the late 80s early 90s more "ambient" is where they really shine (The World is My Womb, Mouth of Babes, Spiritflesh, Stoneface, Invocation of the Beast Gods).

Can anyone give me insight on similar artists that blend these ambient and industrial elements. Is his newer releases worth checking out or no?

ImpulsyStetoskopu

I remember a show of NOCTURNAL EMISSIONS during Wrocław Industrial Festival few years ago. This was total disappointed... and I would like to erase it from my mind forever ... Of course, this act was great in the 80's, but I would like to recommend his industrial ambient work in collaboration with John EVERALL and Mick HARRIS "Mesmeric Enabling Device" from 1999. I think that it could be swan song of this composer...

Dom America

The Caroline K solo LP is highly recommended.

tinnitustimulus

The Duty Experiment is compiled of unreleased and compilation tracks of around 1980-84 some great noise and great rhythm noise tracks, and cheap on discogs. It has some of my favorite tracks of them

Also The Beauty of Pollution, the collaboration with CCCC is great noise album but more as a CCCC release than it is characteristic to a Nocturnal Emissions album of any period.

And it seems like everything I could ever want is on a bandcamp nowadays http://nocturnalemissions.bandcamp.com/

Fruiting Body ? .....i picked that one up for 10euro, cover looked good LOL ....for me still one of the best pure industrial records ever, harsh, dark, structured, ....lots of tension. still love it.

My personal favorite is Fruiting Body. I think Drowning in a Sea of Bliss is their last "noisy" old school industrial album. The next few albums after that I don't care for...they get into dance territory and discernible vocals, not really my thing. Some of the album stuff starting with World is My Womb is worth checking out if you like that type of music. They have a Bandcamp page where you can purchase each of their albums for something like $5.
