I recall there should have been topic, but can't find it now.
I have recently listened a lot of internet radio streams.
One should always remember
LOUD LOUDER LOUDEST. Despite he quit, there is... 50 episodes online to go through. Such massive amount of stuff is legacy itself to appreciate for any harsh head. One should also note that his style was to blast releases loud as fuck, meaning that there would often be analogue mixer distortion added to usual sound. Perhaps one should consider each show more like "remix" than just playing to songs. Hosted by mr. SNSE label!
https://www.mixcloud.com/mankdevo/MuhMur Radio Broadcast often reminds of its existence on this forum. I like a lot of his ambient/noise/industrial, but can't really stand more post-punk'ish stuff. Lots of programs online to be streamed, and you can see playlists there. This is also good as some stuff is unreleased material submitted for the show, so this is good reason to take a look. Hosted by mr. Dieter Muh!

Death To Posers Radio is new one from Finland. Done by Harald Mentor, a.k.a. mastermind behind Will Over Matter / Ride For Revenge / Bestial Burst etc. Program is pretty much manifest of his broad taste in music. Each program now has included plenty of unreleased stuff. Most of all, he managed to get many artists/labels submit tracks in advance, weeks or months before actual release. Each show so far has been mixture of punk/black/thrash/death/rac/noisecore/grind/noise/power electronics. Little bit of talking in Finnish, but I doubt it will be problem to anyone as you will hear plenty of good stuff there. 4th part is all technical thrash metal, but first 3 include plenty of noise!
https://www.mixcloud.com/deathtoposersradio/Avaruusromua is program that I'm not sure if it's available outside Finland? This program comes from national radio channel, and this guy has been massive promoter of experimental music for several decades. It's most of all ambient and "academic" experimental stuff. There has been many Finnish experimentalists what one doesn't come across inside noise scene. He often inserts some theme, musical or even "philosophical". With almost whispering tone he will talk about the ideas and play some tracks. A lot of stuff doesn't interest me that much, but one also finds a lot of such ambient I don't really hear from "dark ambient labels". One artist which I was quite interested in was ALVA NOTO. Seems like connected to lap-top/techno scene, but for some reason his works appealed to me here.

Ääniversumi, also Yle radio broadcasting. More diverse experimental audio program, but there is many custom audio pieces for radio. Quite nice field recording themed on melting greenland:
http://areena.yle.fi/1-2024984(as said, these Yle programs (finnish national radio owned by state) may be available only for Finnish people. Don't know for sure, but I think for copyright reasons they often block foreign IP contacts)
Special Interests audio programs should return too. I was quite annoyed by 2hour limit on space. Not that interested to pay, so perhaps changing to mixcloud or such? Who knows...
More?!
