I mostly find that there's plenty of old and new 'real' dance music that's better and more extreme/noisy/'experimental' than some noise dood who just started listening techno last year and decided to have a go, or some dance guy who found out about black metal from some tumblr fashion blog and started making 'dark' music. :)

In terms of noise with dance/beat/rave element Ryan Jordan is doing some pretty great stuff, intense strobes triggering sound via crude handmade electronics. No recordings yet but there's plenty of video (not that video can adaquately capture the visual or sonic effect.) Someone's alreadu put footage up of his set on saturday night, it was INTENSE thru a proper club soundsystem:

To me, "noise-informed dance music" means shit that would make your would-be dancer pull a tendon. In the hip hop sphere, I'd recommend "dancing" to someone like Zeroh, and a track like Pork Oil:

zeroh's dope, would recommend

Techno Animal http://youtu.be/3wriVJnsSkc
a good share of actual techno can get a bit noisy: http://youtu.be/vFNhcNrf_dw

Mind you, it did take a good while for that to be acknowledged. It was an interesting day when the dance scene had sufficiently progressed to readily embrace Muslimgauze and Kraftwerk as long lost brothers....

Or am I confusing "progress" with "a couple djs and/or promoters with above average marketing skills"? Same difference?
