First rule of noise scene is you do not talk about noise scene. This is something that piss me off. By chance you can find a live near you, in Italy. We have cool noise projects, free jazz nights, extreme metal/punk band but no one talks about them... or people talk on Facebook and I hate it :roll: So this is a starting point.
