I liked the Elmyra so much that I sold it and bought a Lyra8, and that's not a joke: it sounded great & I fell in love with the way you make sound with it, but the limitation of only 3 voices made me want to upgrade. Now I couldn't be happier, the Lyra8 like a dream come true. Well, the only thing it's missing IMO is the option to change the volume output of individual voices, which I know you can do with touch controls but it would be nice to be abled to put a hard limit. It also has an External input so that you can run external audio through it's unpredictable and very noisy delay effect as well as two CV inputs, which I'm not exactly sure what you can do with yet. Highly recommended device for anyone into synthesizer noise.

If I'll ever be able to plat live again, I'd surely bring my lyra with me. It is a complete synth with numberless features, that somehow you can repeat by repeating the settings. The delay is very powerful. 

Did you know they've released a sequencer called Ornament that supposedly works really well with the Lyra? In true Soma fashion it looks pretty weird:

Arturia Keystep Pro

Keystep is probably my favourite controller ever, didn´t know a newer upgraded version came out.  I don´t know if I really need it, but I think I could sell the keystep and get this one in the future.

The aftertouch is very useful for the multitimbral synthesizer of the MPC5000

Latest additions to UL.TH.Nekrolatria arsenal were:

-Behringer Neutron
-Tascam portable 4-track cassette recorder
-Zoia Empress effect/synth
-Some good old rusty oil barrels and chains that came with the new property bought.

Also found old machinery in the animal shelter located at our property. I think this can make some proper noise if I ever get it running.

JMTnm2 JMT Synth - Noisy Mic-2 4 - fantastic voice processor synth that will become caligula031 standard

they both have some similarities with Trogotronic if I want to do a comparison, yes with a colder/Japanese feel

plan to get more since they are available in Europe

Latest purchase was a Pladask Elektrisk Feber. I also got a Pladask Elektrisk Tåken this year, and I have to say I am really impressed with Pladask's catering towards the experimental crowd while also steering fully clear of the OMGZ TOTALLY SMASHING NOIZE vibes. Both the Tåken and the Feber are incredibly well dialed in and have a very strong character that doesn't overtake the entire signal. Safe to say these Pladask pieces have replaced my Recovery Effects collection, as they retain a very strong warm analog character but are far more experimental friendly and less linear than traditional effects. If anyone is a fan of ring mods, I cannot recommend the Feber enough. I was lucky enough to buy direct, unfortunately they sold out within a day and are now being scalped just like anything else in this world that's worth anything.

I too am a big fan of the Pladask gear.  I have a Fabrikat and a Tåken.  The Tåken sounds amazing, and when you factor in the feedback loop it really is versastile.

The fabrikat is a whole world in a box - every time I think I have figured it out, I dial in something new with a different setup and it just makes the sound explode.  Sure, it can deliver that "trademark" granulated sound but there are so many other possibilities.  Can't believe I was considering selling it - it's now a mainstay.

Perfect gear for the experimental crowd.  Well build, versatile and not gimmicky as you say.

Big fan of JMT synth gear; I have a 12 oscillator synth box from them that has been used on a ton of stuff I've recorded. Very intuitive for how deep the features are, comparison to Trogotronic is spot on!

Nothing too exciting but still great for the rig...

I recently found two old Ibanez sound tank Black Noise pedals ..both in great order, im just going to relocate them into metal cases as i trash my gear quite hard.

Also bought two Behringer super Fuzz pedals that i'm going to mod into a chain set up and put them both into the one metal outter case. Ill use this as a back up to my Boss hyper fuzz which is my go to pedal for all things noise.

Both, the Behringer and the Ibanez Soundtack pedals, are great bang for the buck. I got an old Thrash Metal Soundtank for dirt cheap and it is a really good sounding pedal. The only thing I dislike is the footswitch, which does not work really precise. Looking for a Soundtank Delay.

I got a Bastl Kastle 1.0 the other week for a very reasonable price. It is my first actual synth (besides a really primitive one from Monotonic Labs) and it really got me into experimenting with it. Planning to get a 1.5 as well, as there seem to be added synthesis modes in the 1.5 and both, the 1.0 and the 1.5 can be connected as well.
