Irritant / Ramleh - Tomorrow We Live ZEAL SS version

I have a ZEAL SS version of the Irritant / Ramleh split tape - Tomorrow We Live. My copy has a hand-typed j-card which refers to a booklet. The booklet is missing and I was wondering if anyone has this? Discogs doesn't help much here... different sleeve and only the Anal Probe version refers to a booklet.
