Two midwest doom/sludge juggernauts team up on this release. This is Maltross' final release, ending their "She Came From The..." trilogy of songs. A crushing display of instrumental doom. Rvins ends the split with a grim reminder of things to come for this devastating midwest trio. This is a collaborative release between Crippled Sound and Error. Limited to 50 purple tapes and 50 red tapes.

The Maltross / Rvins Split CS will be released on September 10th at This Is Peoria Fest in Peoria, IL. The Crippled Sound portion of the release is limited to 50 purple tapes and Error will be carrying 50 red tapes that should be available later this month. 40 of the Crippled Sound stock will be sold exclusively at the fest while the remaining 10 copies will be put online for those who could not attend the fest to purchase at midnight on September 11th. Comes with a digital download card, don't miss out.

Maltross has always been great live and their last full length cd "The Fantastic Planet" was great for fans of intelligent instrumental doom rock & very well-produced.
