Pahoinvointi(Pori/Vantaa Post-Apocalyptic Noisecore)
was basic noisecore. Untight, repulsive chaos of untalent. Recording of set probably sounds better than actual live situation where chaotic sloppyness rarely works as well as tight blasts.
Antti Oksanen(Post-Industrial)
Was the highlight of night! First track was just a masterpiece of rhythmic industrial percussion and textures created by looping physical noise sources (metal, vocals, guitar,..). 2nd song with creating rhythm with stones and other objects progressed into something fairly ok, but the confusion at start was such letdown after excellent opening track. Still the best of night!
Nightcrawlers(Uusi saastainen Sludge-bändi)
Musta Oksennus(Pori Hooligan Noisecore)
Set was combined. Slow dissonant and disharmonic random jam of Nightcrawlers ending into sloppy noisecore. Best part was the crusty punk song about police stinking of shit or something like that. They should play more songs like that as it somehow sounded tighter and even faster than their noisecore tracks!
Chains of Death Command(Barbarian Scum Rock)
Was very good. It's so primitive and broken guitar sound and effected (reverb) drum sounds and PPT's barbaric emotional vocal roars... Not to mention great Nick Csve cover in the end - as wild man&guitar meet noiserock barbAryan battleroar.
Concrete Mascara + Unclean(USA/FIN Power Electronics-kollaboraatio)
Half drunken, half sloppy, half good, half chaotic, etc.. Kind of very much what could be expected, so two names doing together what expected. So basically good that it was collaboration not as "new project". Very much based on basic elements of throbbing electronics, screaming, crushing piece of chain to sheet of metal. Concrete Mascara had good distorted vocal sound, but unfortunately mostly few random screams. Unclean appears to get confidence in live situation and therefore I'm confident that he will be among key players of live players in future if keeping up the work. But this time, quite basic filth-noise for noiseheads!
