saludos de mexico!
here we came across a local legendary industrial act called OXOMAXOMA, which has started in early 80's (?) and has gone through a lot of lineup changes, leaving headmotor jorge alvarez pulling the boat till now. starting as some kinda c.voltaire / neubauten influenced art band, now with loops, distorted beats, shouting vocals, visuals (riots, death, skulls, etc)
maybe not harsh/messy, but maybe by far the most ambitious, creepy and venomous sounding thing round here (?i might be wrong, but so far i've only come across horrid ramstein clones and ebm goth crapp)
