GTTR03: The Vomit Arsonist "Further" C42 It was 11 months ago to the day, The Vomit Arsonist released "Meditations On Giving Up Completely". It was his darkest and most dire to date, and "Further" collects material recorded around the same time as the Meditations sessions. Heavy, decayed synths and violent rhythms with strained, harsh vocals. Just over 40 minutes of the highest quality bleak, rupturing death industrial we've come to expect from the project.
GTTR04: Velvet Curtain "Levitating Above the Stones" C20Velvet Curtain has been a mainstay of the Minneapolis harsh scene solo and in various collaborations for a few years. Now based in Chicago, he continues blending elements of varying styles from set to set and within sets. "Levitating Above the Stones" is 2 tracks that demonstrate his warped and psychosis-inducing collage of field recordings, tape manipulation, dark synths and blown out harsh. First solo tape after a split tour tape with Gnawed. Coming out strong.
